Acceptance of Terms
By booking or receiving any service from nizydio.top (“we”, “our”, “us”), you (“you”, “client”, “user”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. We may update these terms periodically; the latest version applies to all current and future bookings.
Scope
We provide detailing services by appointment. Timelines depend on vehicle condition, size, and selected services. Service duration estimates are indicative and may change upon physical inspection. Mobile services are subject to site suitability, access to power/water (if required), and weather conditions.
- Service packages outline inclusions; add-ons must be requested in advance or confirmed on-site.
- Heavily soiled vehicles (pet hair, tar, sap, biohazards) may require surcharges due to additional labour and materials.
- We reserve the right to refuse unsafe, unsanitary, or structurally compromised vehicles.
Bookings and Deposits
Bookings can be made online or by phone. Some services (e.g., coatings, multi-stage corrections) may require a non-refundable deposit that is applied to your final invoice.
- Appointment confirmations are sent by email or SMS when possible.
- If we cannot contact you to confirm essential details, we may reschedule.
- Deposits are forfeited if you fail to attend without proper notice (see Cancellations).
Payments
Pricing is in CAD. Deposits may be required for coatings. No hidden fees; changes are communicated in advance. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major payment methods as communicated at booking time.
- Invoices are itemized. Additional charges are discussed and approved before work proceeds.
- Unpaid balances may accrue interest and collection costs as permitted by law.
Vehicle Preparation
Please remove personal items prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle. Child seats will not be removed by our staff; if cleaning under or around them is required, please remove them in advance.
Liability
We operate with care and insurance. Pre-existing damage is documented. We cannot be liable for undisclosed defects or damage that is consistent with normal cleaning or detailing procedures on compromised surfaces.
- We may use paint depth gauges and visual inspections; however, hidden issues (e.g., resprays, weak clear coat) may only become apparent during work.
- We are not liable for failure of aged or poorly installed aftermarket parts, trim, PPF, or vinyl during cleaning.
- For removal of fragile contamination (tree sap, overspray), we will discuss risk and obtain consent prior to proceeding.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. Missed appointments or inadequate notice may result in a fee or loss of deposit. Severe weather, emergencies, or unsafe conditions may lead us to reschedule without penalty.
Satisfaction and Corrections
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours with details and photos where applicable. We may offer a reasonable correction session. This does not extend to normal wear, contamination after pick-up, or issues outside the original service scope.
Photos and Media
We may document vehicles before/after for quality and insurance purposes. With your consent, selected images may be used for portfolio and social media. License plates and personal identifiers may be obscured upon request.
Warranties and Limitations
Unless expressly stated, services are provided “as-is” with commercially reasonable care. Coating and protection product performance depends on maintenance, environmental factors, and proper wash methods.
- No implied warranties beyond those mandated by applicable law.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Privacy
We collect only the data necessary to provide services (contact info, vehicle details, service history). We do not sell personal data. Limited third-party tools may be used for scheduling and payment processing, each governed by their own policies.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, outages, supply issues, or emergencies.
Third-Party Services
From time to time we may recommend external providers (e.g., body shops). We are not responsible for third-party workmanship or policies.
Intellectual Property
All content on nizydio.top, including logos, text, and media, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province or territory where service is performed. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
